A Beginner’s Guide to Booking

Reserving a companion for the first time can feel unfamiliar — particularly when discretion, professionalism, and comfort matter to you.

The process is straightforward when approached respectfully and thoughtfully.

Below is a simple guide to help ensure your experience is seamless from your first inquiry to the confirmed engagement.

Before Making Contact

Take a few moments to review the website carefully before reaching out. This demonstrates preparation and respect for both the agency and the companion.

Be sure to review the following:

  • Accepted payment methods
  • Service type (Bourbon House specializes in discreet outcalls)
  • Rate structure (rates reflect time and tier; negotiations are not appropriate)
  • Operating hours and preferred contact methods
  • Companion availability or scheduling notes
  • General booking policies and expectations

Being informed helps ensure the booking process is efficient and professional.

Making First Contact

Your first inquiry will typically be submitted through a booking form, text message, or phone call.

Be Patient

Premium service providers may be attending engagements when you contact them. Please allow reasonable time for a response. Our concierge team replies promptly during operating hours.

Be Respectful

Clear and courteous communication is expected. Avoid inappropriate or illegal requests. Our team manages reservations and will only proceed with professional and lawful inquiries.

Donation & Payment Instructions

To ensure a smooth experience, please confirm your preferred donation method at least one hour before your appointment. Please have the donation ready upon arrival and place it clearly within view of your companion or our concierge. Thank you for helping us keep every experience seamless and enjoyable.

Be Prepared to Provide Basic Details

To process a reservation, you may be asked for:

  • Your name
  • A contact number
  • Location details for the booking

This information is requested strictly for scheduling and safety purposes.

DO NOT Negotiate Rates

Rates are clearly established and reflect a companion’s experience, tier placement, and demand. Attempting to negotiate rates is considered unprofessional and may result in a declined booking.

Provide a Reliable Contact Number

Serious inquiries always include a legitimate contact number. This helps build trust and allows smooth booking confirmation.

Personal Belongings & Safety

For your companion’s safety and comfort, personal items should be:

  • Left in the washroom or other exterior place
  • Placed away from the bed ; e.g. cell phone face down on a counter
  • Facing away from your experience

The booked client is the ONLY person allowed with the Companion. You may not book on behalf of another person, nor is another person permitted to be in the room with you and the companion. If a companion requests adjustments, please comply immediately — it’s for their safety and comfort.

Hygiene

We take pride in providing the highest standards of hygiene for every experience. To ensure comfort and safety for all parties.

Full Body Cleanliness: Please ensure your entire body is washed with soap. The scent of the body wash on your skin is essential for a comfortable experience.

No shower = no service. This policy is non-negotiable.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping every experience exceptional.

Respect During Sessions – 3-Strike Rule

Our companions’ comfort and boundaries are paramount. If a companion requests that something not be done during a session, continuing the action will result in the following:

  1. First time: Warning
  2. Second time: Reminder
  3. Third time: Your companion will leave, and your donation and fees will be forfeited

This rule is non-negotiable. Mutual respect ensures a safe and enjoyable experience.

No-Shows & Last Minute Cancellation Etiquette

No-shows or last-minute cancellations are not tolerated.

  • Rebooking is only possible once a $50 cancellation/no-show fee of the booked appointment is submitted
    • If cancelled with less than one hours notice, a $150.00 cancellation/no-show fee will be charged
  • Please provide as much advance notice as possible if you need to cancel

Ask Questions If Needed

If something is unclear, polite clarification is welcome. However, please review the website first to avoid asking questions that are already addressed.

Book Early

Preferred companions often maintain full schedules. To avoid disappointment, submit your booking request as early as possible. Advance notice allows proper planning and ensures availability.

Final Thoughts

Professional companionship is built on:

  • Mutual respect
  • Clear communication
  • Discretion
  • Preparation

When you approach the booking process with courtesy and awareness, your experience will reflect the elevated standards Bourbon House is known for.
